i am in severe pain because of tendonitis - can not take too much pain killers due to diabetic condition what to do to relieve pain & heal - can not afford to go to physical therapist

For ongoing pain in the shoulder I would highly recommend utilizing ice (do not use heat!). Pain implies inflammation and ice will help to reduce inflammation. In addition, you can talk to your doctor about using anti-inflammatory medication such as advil. Taking it on a regular basis can help to reduce the inflammation that is contributing to your pain.

Hope this helps. Good luck.
