what can i do for knee cap problem ? my doc told me i will have this for the rest of my life, so my question is is there any other solution?

Knee cap pain is a common problem. Just because you have symptoms now does not mean you will forever have symptoms. Most knee cap pain is related to weakness of both the lateral hip and quad muscles. Thus, strengthening these muscles can greatly improve your pain.

Hope this helps. Good luck!
