I have lower back pain
I lift heavy Machine and my back bone start pain .
first day i have small pain but few days later i have alot of Pain in my lower backbone.plz help me.
Back pain with lifting and bending is generally related to disc involvement. Medication, specifically anti-inflammatories, can be helpful. Pain killers do not address inflammation.
I would suggest reading the page on bulging disc under the lower back pain section. Here will be specific directions as to the stretches you will need to do. Use ice (NO HEAT) and as best as you can avoid bending, lifting, and sitting. Do the exercises listed on the page at least once an hour and you should feel better.
