I HAVE BURNING SENSATION ANTERIOR/INNER/GROIN RT THIGH WITH HIP PAIN. IT GETS WORSE WHEN I SIT. MEDICAL HX I HAD 2 BACK SURGERIES THE LAST A LUMBAR FUSION L5-S1.

Hi,

Sounds like you have a long, complicated back history. A burning sensation is generally an irritation of a nerve. Symptoms located in the front of the thigh are generally related to L2 or L3. When you have a fusion in the lower lumbar spine, stress on the upper levels is increased. Thus you may have an irritation of a nerve from the upper lumbar spine. Being that sitting is the aggravator it potentially could be an irritation of a disc. I would suggest checking out this page for specific treatment ideas:

Hope this helps. Good luck!
