Question: Hi, What foods are good, and not good for bakers cyst and ra artitis?



Answer: A bakers cyst is a fluid filled sac located in the back of the knee. Generally diet does not play a key role in improving this type of cyst. Utilizing ice and anti-inflammatory creams generally are the most effective treatment.
